Truls Krane Meby is an award-winning filmmaker from Lofoten, in Arctic Norway, who works as a director, editor, and writer in Norway, Berlin and London, who work has screened at festivals world-wide, among many others at Palm Springs, Aspen Shortsfest, Interfilm, Encounters, Nordic Panorama, Odense Int. Film Festival, Dokufest, Achtung Berlin, Leuven Short Film Festival, Sao Paolo Int. Film Festival, New Orleans Int. Film Festival, CHP:PIX Buster.
He is an alumni of the Berlinale Talents (as director), doc.incubator (as editor), recepient of a one-year working grant from the Arts Council of Norway, winner of the Cultural Ministry of Norway’s Human Rights Award, recepient of multiple Vimeo Staff Picks, and is currently developing several feature film projects.
